You can also sign up for automatic credit card draft via our website. You will need to Register for Additional Services if you haven’t already done so in order to sign up for credit card draft. Credit cards may not be used for payments in excess of $1,000.

Drop Box

A 24-hour payment drop box is located in the customer parking lot on the west side of the Benbrook Water Authority main office, located at:
1121 Mercedes Street
Benbrook, TX 76126

Please pay with a check or money order, and include your payment coupon, to ensure proper credit. Do not put cash in the drop box.

Automatic Bank Draft

Automatic bank draft allows you to have your monthly water bill payment drafted from your checking account. The payment is automatically drafted on the due date each month, eliminating late payments and allowing timely payment even if you are out of town. To enroll in automatic bank draft, complete the enrollment form and return it, along with a voided check, to our office.
