The Benbrook Water Authority Standard Specifications for Water & Sewer Construction are applicable for water and wastewater improvements within the BWA service area, including capital projects undertaken by BWA as well for projects undertaken in conjunction with new development. These Standard Specifications comprise part of the Standard Construction Criteria as defined in the Authority's Policies and Procedures.
