The current BWA Policies and Procedures were adopted by the BWA Board In September 2019 (Resolution 2019-10) and became effective on October 1, 2019. The Policies and Procedures include important information for current and future customers regarding the establishment of water and wastewater service, procedures for account management and billing, as well as procedures required for new developments.
