Invitation to Bidders

Sealed Proposals addressed to Benbrook Water Authority will be received at the Benbrook Water Authority Office, 1121 Mercedes, Benbrook, Texas 76126, until: 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, October 3, 2023, for the following project:

South Elevated Tank

The project consists of the fabrication and erection of one 400,000-gallon composite elevated tank, “South Elevated Tank,” including foundation, painting, site work, piping, and accessories and dismantling and removal of one 100,000-gallon steel elevated tank and one 167,000-gallon bolted steel ground storage tank.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the General Contractors will be held at the office of Benbrook Water Authority, 1121 Mercedes Street, Benbrook, Texas, 76126 at 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
